Service Description: Provides support to individuals, families, and professionals as they face the progressive course of Huntington disease (HD) * support caregivers and those living at-risk * to maximize quality of life and to assist with meeting urgent needs * services, in the Toronto area are provided through the Toronto Resource Centre Director who provides a range of services within large geographic regions that include highly populated areas * the program includes: direct support services educational workshops and provide support through local community development
