Service Description: Full time paid employment preparation program -- 5 week pre-employment including resume preparation, employment readiness skills, career planning, counselling and referral * 6 to 24 week supported placement with an employer in the community * on-going support after completing the program * placements are in careers such as sales, administration, construction, or trades
