Service Description: Offers primary health care (family medicine), diabetes education, chiropody (foot care) and health-related workshops and groups * hosts Bathurst-Finch Action for Neighbourhood Change (ANC) which supports residents who want to become involved and make positive changes in their neighbourhood.
Chiropody (Foot Care) - Basic foot care provided by a foot care provider * foot care includes care of corns, calluses, ingrown toe nails, warts, diabetic ulcers and other skin infections
Counselling Services - Community-based counselling services for people experiencing complex issues such as depression, anxiety and emotional distress * short-term counselling and advocacy support * confidential
Primary Care Clinic - Doctors and nurses assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries
