Position:  Clinic Manager

Region:  Toronto

Description:  HealthPark is growing again and we’re searching for a friendly, compassionate and caring Clinic Manager to join our team in downtown Toronto at our newest location! The Clinic Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the medical practice including patient care, physician recruiting, human resource management, information technology and financial management. Reporting to the Director, the Clinic Manager will be working closely with staff, physicians and the General Manager to ensure the highest level of total patient care is observed.



Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Oversees financial affairs of the clinic and fiscal management in conjunction with the Ministry of Health which includes: billing submissions and assessments for physicians; monthly remittance advice & physician invoicing

• Manages efforts for recruitment, development, orientation and the performance evaluation of employees

• Enforces HealthPark policies, procedures and protocols, as well as Health & Safety training

• Plays an active role in the development of efficient workflows throughout the clinic, maximizing the clinic EMR

• Acts as a liaison with a dedicated IT Team, as well as Accuro EMR services to facilitate training, support, and troubleshooting any IT issues that may arise
