Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Programs - Toronto Central

Control or prevention of pain and other distressing symptoms is an important part of palliative patient care. Funded by the Ontario government, Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultation Programs provide information, referral, consultation and education to patients living with a progressive life threatening illness and their families through their health care providers.
