Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults 18 years or older, with a post-secondary certificate or degree from outside Canada who are residents of Ontario and have international work experience in a profession or trade; must be permanent resident, Canadian citizen, Convention refugee, refugee claimant eligible to work in Canada, or provincial nominee under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, with English proficiency that meets Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 7 or above
Clients in Francophone programs must demonstrate French language proficiency of Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) Level 7
