Eligibility / Target Population: New Canadians (10 years or less) residing in Sherbourne catchment area of southeast Toronto (Yonge St and Don River to the east * between Bloor St and Lake Ontario to the south)

Language Notes: Interpretation services available * inform medical receptionist when making appointment
