Breast Feeding Support - One-on-one support with breast feeding * led by a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Lactation Consultant
 
Queen St E - Post Partum Adjustment Support - This program is temporarily closed
 
Seniors Wellness Group - Sessions on health, wellness, healthy eating, osteoporosis, management of chronic conditions, seniors safety and polypharmacy are offered twice a month. 
 
Women’s Health Screening - Provide cancer awareness education and screening services * clinical breast examination and pap smear are performed by a female nurse practitioner
