Service Description:

Housing which individuals share cooperatively. Individuals wanting a supportive environment in which to learn or enhance skills may choose to live in one of these homes. Residents work together to maintain the general upkeep of the house.

Referral is through Streamlined Access. Please call or the application form is available online.
After calling or applying online, an access worker will contact with the individual to establish eligibility and provide information about supports and services available.
