Service Description:

An outreach service designed to engage French-speaking individuals who are seeking Mental Health Case management or other support services geared to the French-speaking community.

Interested individuals and groups can contact The Access Point to connect with the Bilingual Service Navigator & Outreach Worker to arrange for them to table events and fairs, provide information sessions to French-speaking communities or to provide one-on-one service navigation and connection to services for French-speaking people.
