Service Description: Peace Ranch is a rural, recovery-focused transitional housing and day program located in Caledon, Ontario, supporting individuals living with mental health challenges. Set on a 25-acre farm, Peace Ranch offers a therapeutic environment that integrates nature, community, and structured supports to promote psychological wellness, independence, and quality of life

The program combines individualized support from trained staff with social rehabilitation, life skills development, stress management, and recreational therapy. Through the Horticulture, Animal, and Recreational Therapeutic (HART) Program, participants engage in meaningful activities such as animal care, gardening, art, fitness, cooking, and educational workshops, fostering connection, routine, and personal growth

Peace Ranch provides Townhouse Program support, congregate independent living with regular in-person staff support, as well as Day in the Country experiences that allow individuals to participate in therapeutic and recreational activities in a welcoming rural setting

Together, these programs create inclusive, recovery-oriented opportunities that encourage stability, community connection, and personal development.
