Service Description: Medical treatment and blood work to patients with thrombosis (the formation of a blood clot inside a blood vessel) associated to antiphospholipid antibodies (antibodies that the body mistakenly produces against itself in an autoimmune response to phospholipids) * multidisciplinary team comprised of rheumatologists, hematologists and a specialized clinic nurse
