Service Description:

Offers subsidized independent units with on-site support services to individuals transitioning out of high-support housing, in partnership with CAMH. . An on-site community space is available for tenants to engage in community events. The program is recovery-based, and assists tenants in living independently with support. Tenants have access to residential support, assistance with medication management, supportive counselling, peer support and socio-recreational activities.

Inclusion Criteria: Adults who currently live in high-support housing programs in a number of partner community mental health agencies in Toronto are eligible to live at Step-Up.
