Service Description:
|
Offers short-term, CBT-based psychotherapy support for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, coping difficulties and stress-related issues. Patients are provided six individual sessions and resource navigation support.
The program therapists are master-level clinicians in psychology and social work specializing in short-term psychotherapy services.

Application:

Referral by physician is required.
Physicians may make a referral through Oceans E-Referral.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Primarily for individuals who do not have the financial resources/access to additional health insurance for private counseling
- Individuals who are not currently receiving counseling/psychotherapy from other mental health providers or privately in the community
- Individuals that reside within the Michael Garron Hospital catchment area
